In 2021, I completed a three-month industrial design internship at Crown Equipment Corporation’s Suzhou factory under Design Manager Luying Sun. My work contributed to the **WJ Series panel truck** design and development, with key responsibilities including: - **Material testing** for the rubber handle to ensure ergonomic comfort, grip performance, and durability in industrial settings. - **User testing** for the **easy-swap battery system** (as shown above), assessing usability, handling comfort, and operational efficiency. - **UI design** for onboard interface components to improve operator interaction and feedback. Additionally, I participated in **WP Series quality checks**, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to align product performance with design intent and quality standards.
